Short version: we only use your details to make and deliver your order.
Orders
When you press a WhatsApp button, your browser opens WhatsApp with the message written out, and nothing is sent until you press send. We use your name, phone number and order details only to make, confirm and deliver your order.
Reminders
If you tick “Remind me before this occasion next year” on the cake form, or agree to a reminder in our chat, we save your name, WhatsApp number, the occasion and its day and month (never the year). We use them only to send you a WhatsApp message shortly before that date. This list is private to us. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.
Reviews
If you write a review on this site, we show your first name, what you ordered (if you add it) and your review, after we've checked it. If you add your phone number, we keep it private and use it only to match the review to your order. Ask us and we'll remove your review.
Website statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits, see which pages are useful and how many people tap the WhatsApp buttons. It uses cookies and records things like the pages you open, your device and browser type and your approximate city. It doesn't give us your name or phone number. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the site works the same.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing. WhatsApp and Google handle data under their own privacy policies.
